On Monday, I drive early in the morning
to a really old house,
with the big demolition pliers
I break out the roof and walls.

Rattle, squeak and ratatau,

On Tuesday, all the rubble
is loaded onto a truck,
it has to go, because soon
a beautiful, new house will be built here.

On Wednesday, I dig a deep hole
with my big arm.
It's hard work but I am strong
and that's why I can do it.

On Saturday morning, we still collect
our tools thoroughly,
because already this afternoon
a family is moving in here.

On Sunday, we rest together
in a big hall.
Tomorrow it starts all over again,
