But they may not understand that some people simply need to get away from other people

I certainly feel reflecting on recent times and your feelings is a healthy way to focus on you
Better to know your self too much than not at all
Communicating and talking with your self is vital to build confidence toward survival
It's important to healthily maintain a balance inside your self as much as outside

I feel this special time with you has been very rewarding
However, we both now feel a strong urge or craving to go back out into the world
