Praise God and all His grace for me
When darkness becomes all I see
He doesn’t fear these doubts I hold
Each time I run He brings me home

Praise God, the King of empathy
Who put on flesh to feel my needs
He’s gathered every tear I’ve cried
Praise God for He will set things right

Praise God for when He feels so far
When I’m trapped inside my ruined heart
He’s promised that this suffering
Will bring about His Son in me
