I saw this video talking a couple years back
It was a doctor giving pointers on how to react
When you get hit by a car from behind
The proper steps when that would occur, it blew my mind
Showing footage of real people getting hit by a car
From behind, and how it knocked em down very hard
Them getting back up quick, running like nothing happened
Then, a doctor just broke it down about the whole reaction
How folks don't feel it first due to their adrenaline
But later, find some bruises on inside from the incident
Moving on like everything is good, like life is fine
Without going to the doctor, how it hurts us down the line
Sometimes, in our lives, things hit us in a way
That we don't notice how broken we are, thinking we're ok
And the bruises spread inside cause we didn't address the hits
Without getting checked out by the doctor, imma tell ya this
It takes us going to God to reveal areas
That we've been damaged in, how we can be carriers
Of hidden brokenness that we have on the inside
The things that are unresolved, as we try to get by
What are some areas in your life you haven't addressed?
Whatever it is, go to God about it, just confess
Ask Him to search your heart and watch the healing begin
Don't wait until it's too late. Reveal it, my friend!
