Tires skidded to a stop, on gravel 'neath the moon,
The silhouette approached, singing a mournful tune,
Could feel the chill inside me, in the dead, dark air,
Stranger held his hat, his eyes a devil's stare.

I shook my head and wondered, is it worth the night,
