Now that we are ready, Let's pretend to be a mountain
Stretch, hold, and breathe...
What a beautiful mountain! That's great!

Now let's change positions and pretend to be a tree
Balance, hold, breathe...
What a beautiful tree you are! Good job!

Now pretend to be a dog!
Stretch, hold, breathe...
Wonderful! What a cute little doggy!

Let's finish by pretending to be a butterfly sitting on a leaf!
Be calm, sit up nice and straight... and breathe... Very good!
