Some people say she’s really cool
But maybe she’s just unusual

She walks in shadows, eyes of fire
With a smile that chills - a dark desire
I see her face in the pale moonlight
Cuz she’s only free in the dead of the night

Maybe she’s just a night owl
Maybe she’s just a garlic hater
And maybe she just has no signs of aging
Or maybe I should be disengaging?

Maybe some people have naturally sharp teeth
And maybe some people have naturally cold skin
And maybe some people are allergic to the sun
Or maybe it should be my time to run

Her pale complexion, a whispered sound
She’s always out when the sun is down
She drinks the night, devours the stars
Leaving me breathless, covered in scars

Maybe some people can look through your soul
Maybe some people just never get old
Maybe some people have fire in their eyes
Maybe I’m just trying to rationalize?

Maybe some people have a mild complexion
Maybe some people can’t see their reflection
Maybe some people are incredibly pale
Or maybe I should recognize this tale!

Some people say she’s very cool
But I think she is unusual (unusual)
