Late at night, the dogs bark
But here I am, not sleeping because
My air mattress has gone flat, no dogs Coca Cola or baileys in sight, or in the refrigerator
On this flat air mattress, I toss and turn all night with no dogs or sleep

You were my air mattress, now you're so FLAT, even more FLAT than my wallet

In the middle of the night, I feel like a dumb DOG named BAILEY
I remember the days, when you held me high,
Now I'm on the floor without Bailey or even a different dog, staring at the floor
Pumping you up, time and again,
But you deflate, costing me fifty dollars for a new pump

I dream of clouds, so soft and white,
But you bring me back, to this sleepless night, with no Bailey or even a dog
With every breath, I try to find and pet some dogs
But you go flat, again and again
