Family Business takes on a meaning which is not just a word, it’s what really is. Well you’re brother and sister, and so it doesn’t necessarily always mean that it works out that it's forever. I don’t envision you getting into a fight – however, if you did, the fact that you have that close relationship makes it easier to get back on track again than if you were complete strangers. Talk to each other, you listen to each other, you work out what has to be done, maybe you give a little, you take a little, and… you get it right.

The most important thing in business is first… honesty, integrity, and the willingness to do the right thing for somebody, not just be selfish for yourself. Treat everybody fairly. Do what is the right thing, morally.

I’m very lucky to have the family that I have. I couldn’t be more proud of my grandchildren than I am. You know, it used to be everytime I’d get a new video from you or something when Ann was alive, I’d see it come in, I’d run in and say “Ann, you’ve got to see this,” and she’d come in, you know, and sit at the computer and we’d play it, and… that’s the only thing missing now, but look, time marches on, and… that’s life. But I’m very proud of you, and Gracie, and Linus also. I think you’re doing fantastic, and I tell everybody, you know, I’m your biggest fan. Wherever I go, even in the supermarket, I have workers there that are fans of yours now! I think it’s great.
