Usually, in the West, we consider happiness
As a consequence of the acquisition of an object
What is your conception of happiness?

Happiness is the nature of our being
It is the, it is our natural condition
It is the natural condition of our self, or being
It is not derived from
Anyone or anything outside of ourself
It is just the nature of being

And so, what is suffering?
The veiling of our innate happiness
And what is veiling that?
What veils our being
It is a belief and a feeling
That we are a temporary, finite being
That apparently temporary, finite self or being
Has to trace its way back
Through the layers of its experience
Letting go of anything that is not essential to it
Its thoughts, its feelings, its actions, relationships and so on
And when our being is divested
Of all equalities that it derives from the content of experience
It shines as it essentially is
Pure being whose nature is happiness
