When my phone turned back on this morning
All these texts from last night came through
And I think I misread the whole situation
Coz everyone was asking me where I went
And telling me how great the toilet thing was
Someone called me a hero
I don't think I am but I know they mean

And I got a missed call from the Space Prom Queen
With a voicemail asking how the rest of my night went
So I thought and thought on these new details
But I haven't called back coz I'm re-processing it

Yeah my wallet got stolen, but in another life
I could've probably been friends with that butter knife guy
And my car needs a tow but then again
I got to walk 10km home which I'd never do otherwise

The toilet thing really made an impression
And everyone knows who I am now
Then there's also the sign I was gifted
Both literally and metaphor-wise

I've wanted to be a plumber for years
To see how far I can get my arm down the drain
Now with this vehicle signage
I'll plunge into a full-scale career change
