Letting go gives us freedom and freedom
is the only condition for happiness
If in our hearts, we still cling to anything
anger, anxiety or possessions
we cannot be free.

Sitting at the edge of a frozen lake
i come to realize the universe makes no mistakes
water bubbles suspended in time
edge of the water
looking at the edge of my mind
Watching the motion pictures that flicker
behind my eyelids I'm wondering why my vision
makes everything look divided
got memories of the sky

My joy is like Spring, so warm

delusion is laughing at you
confusion clapping back at you
it’s precisely these illusions you’re gonna have to unravel
sit down breathe quietly show love to your anxiety
everything is changing you can use your inner eye to see
the higher me is looking at the lower me inside of me
the more I look the more I see that no one is inside
except earth, fire, water, and wind
moving together and freedom is my true nature
I’m in this moment forever until I really get it
