A certain man he had two sons
The younger of them said to him
Father, give me the portion of goods that falleth to me
And he divided unto them his living, yeah
See, not many days after the younger son gathered all together
And took his journey to a far country
There he wasted his substance on riotous living, oh yeah

And when he came to himself he said
How many hired servants of my father's house

Say, I have sinned against heaven and before thee
I am no more worthy to be called thy son
Make me one of your hired servants

So he arose and came to his father
But when he was a great way off, his father saw him
And he had compassion, and ran and fell on him
And kissed him and this is what he said
Bring forth a robe, and put it on
Put a ring on his finger and get some shoes
Bring the fatted calf, lets kill and eat, and let us be merry
For my son was dead, is alive again
He was lost, and now is found
 
So you must be quick to believe
