Once upon a time I was a tiny 4 foot skinhead
With dreams and aspiration of one day being the very best
Used to write stories based on my life
Or what I'd lived of it
Drawing cars was my speciality man I lived for it
I feel as though some experiences I had I'll undersell
Worried that when I finish writing, the piece will underwhelm
Me and my mum had a crazy, spikey psycho at the helm
Today I broke my silence and I'm finally willing to tell
He used to laugh when I started this shit saying that I won't make it
Let's face it, I saw right through him I knew that he ain't make shit
Tryna bring me down with him telling stories hoping we'll glaze him
Had to grow up to be bigger and know he's was fakin'
He told my mum that if she left that I would go back with him
He said he take me away and I'm grateful that he didn't
Cause if he did that would've been such a profound mistake
As I prolly would of killed him or punched him in his face, ah
Hope somebody killed him in my eyes he don't deserve to live
He even changed my last name so that he could claim me as his
He even pierced my ears and gelled my hair just so I'd look like him
He would come home and exclaim how I wasn't like the other kids
He said I didn't make enough effort to spend time with him
He used to compare what we had got to who he's working with
How their kids spent time with 'em
Well maybe there not deadbeat
You can manipulate your mum but you can't manipulate me
I grew more hungry to kill him and tired of his behaviour
My mum was not an ally, axis is what he would make her
Tried to tell a grown woman how to raise her own kid
You still in the past, you fucking abuser, this ain't how we live
You used to beat me and tell me if I carried on I would rot in jail and rot in hell
But I thought if I go to hell I was bringing you down as well
You must be lying, you weren't Christian, you must got some some nerve
Painting yourself as a man with no sins up in the church
God knows you are a liar ain't no pretending
And he knows you did a fucking terrible job of repenting
I could read you all the bible verses you went against but you put me off
You put me off a whole ass religion and so many jobs
Cause who the fuck are they hiring if they hired you
You would make up a terrible lie and spin it as the truth
If you ever have kids of your own I hope they leave you too
Maybe they will grow to hate you and not believe you too
Christmas 2015 hope you listen and shiver
Thinking of what exactly Santa would come, deliver
Didn't know that when I wished for things to change that it would come true
Convinced my mum to pack up our bags and leave, we were on the move
You were changing our house with out us in it leaving slight clues
That was the day we came back to get our stuff cause we had points to prove
And oh how good my life was without the sight of you
My mum still apologises for it but that's for you to do
