I've been pondering the systems, the theories we invoked.
Walking by the beach, under the sun's warm embrace,
I felt the flow of nature, saw the world in its place.

Remember when we talked about the world as a whole?
How every action's ripple affects the system's soul?
But people have forgotten, they live day by day,
Ignoring the balance that guides the way.

They've lost sight of the system, the cybernetic dream,
Lost in the trivial, they forget the grand scheme.
No one watches Kapra's film, it seems so distant now,
Yet the system's pulse beats on, if only they knew how.

I've tried to teach the young, to show them what we see,
That every walk on the sand connects to the deep sea.
But Descartes still wins, his shadow lingers strong,
Despite our efforts, the world sings his song.

We spoke of balance, of the homeostasis of life,
But now I see discord, in every corner, strife.
The systems theory fades, as the noise grows loud,
But I still carry hope, despite the growing crowd.
