As the sun was coming up…
Breaking through the window shades
And by the bedside shadows
A note written in her hand did lay
And the letter she’d left me asked me to understand
Saying things like this happen…
Meeting him was something never planned.
 
And she said…

So… at first I was angry… “Oh hell it was another man..!”
And as time has passed me…
I still don’t understand
But the anger don’t last long
Just the emptiness remains
And now I think I finally realise
