Teaching people how to treat you or how you would like to be treated
Not only protecting yourself, but also respecting yourself
Yeah, boundaries are just, have just become so important in my life
When it comes to my mental health, my financial health, my physical health
Generally, people who don't set boundaries don't put themselves first
That's what I mean
It's like, "Okay, I need to set boundaries and that I'm not gonna be so available
For people that are not gonna be available for me"
