I understand the one rule
When it comes to altering
Your consciousness
Only start habits that you can afford
Otherwise it will destroy
You'll burn bridges
Ones that shouldn't be set alight
Yet you'll throw gasoline on them
And you will them burn bright

Money can't buy happiness
But It'll stop me from feeling
This dread I have been feeling
I'm in constant ache
All I have ever known is pain
But I've also grown to know
I won't live like a peasant
I am writing this as I am slowly dying
I write this as I begin to accept
How mere my mortality is
