The ebb and flow of life
Is enduring the toughest lows
And the greatest heights

In nights serene
At home in love
My days were filled with dread
Of dark thoughts and depression naps
I've learned the subtle art of acceptance

It never really goes away

In this solitude
We go within
With pure intentions
