There was once a little kid who was young and free.
And he had all these dreams of what life could be.
Then life took a turn and it messed up his mind,
And now he could never feel right.
He wonders now if he can get back to where he belonged.
He stopped eating food, getting skinnier.
And isolating himself got on in gear.
People had told him, we missed the old you a nd there was nothing he could do.
That guy was long gone,
Replaced with somebody that he didn't even know.
Oh no.
And I wish I could say that kid wasn't me,
And that I could really be free.
I miss you so.
