Now let me tell ya many many years ago way down the railroad tracks in the canyons of Utah there was a retired gunslinger named Ol’ Ford
And as his locomotive steamed into town Ol’ Ford tipped his hat down, he said

“Mr. Conductor where would one get a pint of Gin ‘round here?”
The old conductor pointed him towards the town saloon

Ford came right in but he had not one plan to have beer
And in the corner there was a young chap playing a ragtime tune

“I’m looking for someone, on his hip a big gun
A bounty hunter that goes by cody”
“Well i’ll tell ya’ that dear bounty hunter you’re lookin’ for - is me”

Ford looked in his eyes, “Tell me no lies”
“Y’ever know a woman? Victoria was her name.”

“Oh that Victoria lady? Heh, unfortunate really. She came between me and my target, stubborn lady, had no choice but to strike ‘er down”
No Ol’ Ford didn’t like that

He reached for his gun, ready to draw
“Oh boy you’re making a mistake, going against the law”
He took the shot at the old bounty hunter

“Hey that guy just done killed Cody, get him!”

Now Ford fell to his knees
He gazed up at the tress
Knowing that his time had now come

Though it was not in vein
They thought he was insane
He just got just what he came for

Ford vision was fading
He was happy just waiting
Cause Victoria would be there once again
