Sometimes my life hasn't always been easy on me
Growing up back then in a small town was hard as it could be
Not a lot to spend on clothes so we wore what we could
Like secondhand pants and old blues jeans was all we could afford
But I turned out fine despite the way how things used to be

I come from an enormous family of 8
5 brothers and 2 sisters then along came good ole me
Can't remember how many times
That the clothes have been passed down
But by the time they got to me
