What’s happening to me lately
Everything is moving too slowly
My whole life is stuck somehow
I gotta change but I don’t know how
Everything feels like a dream
When you feel like you’re glued to your body
And when you try to punch someone
Your fist never reaches their face

The sky’s so heavy I can smell the rain
My whole life is like a rushing train
I don’t know where to look or think
The smell of failure makes my eyes blink
Is there a right way for all this shit
Or is plain chaos just the primary culprit
I’d love to scream but my lungs are shut
There’s so much stuff happening in my gut

I can’t move forward
And won’t move backwards
Nothing makes sense anymore
I’m drifting away from the shore

I know you feel the same somehow
So come on and join the fall now
Let’s make a big mistake
Let’s make our bodies shake
This whole existence looks like a joke
We were alive and now we’re choking
So what’s the point of it all anyhow
Let’s just move away from the crowd

I want to run away from stereotypes
And leave people up to their numb ideals
I don’t identify with these representations
Fuck their plans and fuck the nation
