Life is crazy, its amazing
It be throwing us through hoops
Catch me training through the day
With muscle fibers i recruit
You got the highs
You got the lows
You got the victories
The blows, its exciting
You dont know
Its overrriding what a show
But then the next thing that you know
You're damn near broke
Cuz you done pushed yourself to hard
We're all human
We're all flawed
And we're all little odd
We get step backs then we push on
But we gotta practice form
When the pain comes crashing down
We gotta focus to rebound
Healing bodies is a training in itself
We gotta cover all the ground

I've been set back many days
But I never let the pain drain
Ambitions away no way
Man my hunger's here to stay
I got issues that so many cant relate
But others do
There's a line that carries through
Theres a warrior in you
Dont ever let it be subdued
Take your time to heal yourself
And always to yourself be true
Health is wealth
Even when the cards are dealt
It dont mean we gotta accept em
We dont gotta stay content
We can train and build up strength
Its all about the core intent
Letting ammunition fire
The desire to be free
Free from pain
Dont let the misery maintain
Mental health is all terrain
Feed your body what it needs
Nurture your brain
So that you can evelate
So that we can all
Experience something that is great
So that we can unnify
Even when we're facing hate
Not each other
But the state
Of the affairs
We gotta care for one another
Not step over one another
We're not suckas
When the metal meets the rubber
We're all comrades in a struggle
