I feel the vultures trying to disrupt the presence,
Worship sculptures from destined legends,
Do you think they'll make it into heaven?
Confusing answers to a bigger question,
Learning lessons with a different weapon,
Threatening tension begs attention,
I feel connected to suspension,
I mentioned without mention.

We're descendants of ascension,
But our faith is condescending,
Is that the devil's mission?
We keep talking without listening,
cnd we expect forgiveness.
So did Christ die
For our toxic living?
Or did his death defeat our sinning?
Or are we cashing in our winnings?

Or are we finished with unfinished?
These keep me up at night,
Should I stay and fight?
Is what I'm saying right?
I keep the word tight,

Let them lead them to your promise, Lord,

I pray you turn the harmful into harmless, Lord,

I couldn't see through clouds of smoke,
Now it's clearer than,
Some days I'm sleepy but I'm woke,
