Garden of the peacocks
Frozen in a painting
Drifting on a rainbow
Exposed inside a showcase
I wander and wander
Though I came to feed the ducks
House of glassy turtles
Swans from icy puddles
Edges of a dead end
Everything is perfect
I wander and wander
But someone has closed the gate

Here we come, little marvel
And I pray you implore you
To keep me alive
Here we stay, in the garden
With your eye closed wisdom
And my stuttering mind

Garden of the peacocks
Aquarium for fish bones
Water in the mirror
Rain before the sunset
Nobody’s watching
All of them feed the ducks
Little little maybe
Little like you baby
Silver on the surface
Gold inside your essence
Darling smiling
Tell me I’m smiling too

Here we dance, little marvel
Still I pray you, implore you
To keep me alive
Here we dwell, in the garden
With a mould for cakes
And two moons in the sky
