Haha alright Nyron, I think we can wrap up this session. We covered a lot of ground. And you seem to have become a new, better man. But what is important, is how we view, and deal with the challenges ahead. How do you view the world around you now?
I am proud of you You have made a lot of progress, and have allowed yourself to heal through a lot of the pain. How do you feel?
Sign, I feel good, I started this session feeling uncertain about a lot of things. My future, my past relationship, my music. I felt like I was spiraling out of control, and always in my head. I was so used to thinking I knew where my life was going, and for the first time in my life. That was completely shattered. I feel more at peace, knowing a lot of it is not in my control. My job doesn't define me, my past relationship doesn't define me. Not even my music defines me. All I can do everyday is show up. Show up as my best self, and try to make the best of my day. Move forward with a positive heart. Do right by people. Do right by my intentions. Thank God everyday and pray every night. That's what I am currently feeling like.
That's so great to hear. I want you to know healing isn't linear. Some days you will feel great, even on top of the world. Some days you will feel low. It's okay to allow yourself to experience and feel that. The most important thing is that you continue to choose to show up everyday. Self-improve and continue to make little Nyron happy. Give yourself grace through it all. And be thankful that we all get another day to be better human beings. Now, I want the next art piece you make to be for you. I want it to be positive energy. You have experienced so much, and painted all these gut wrenching stories, even tailing off from the last album. And I know you need a mental break from it all. So, when you do decide to paint it, I want it to be something you can listen back to and enjoy. And be happy about it. Because I know this one took a toll on you. Now, I will send you the tapes of our other various sessions, so you can reflect on them. That way, you can look back in time, and see how far you've come.
