Living every day
With this great void in my heart
To my friends im sorry for this change
This journey of sobriety has been crazy

Mentally tired
Of feeling the same old things
Im tired of my moods constantly
Changing on me
I feel like a horrible piece of shit
I cant control my emotions at all
Its either a high or a low and no inbetween
Please help me i feel like im going insane
I dont want to live like this anymore
Its torture
Pure torture

Mood instability will be the death of me
I wish i could feel stable
And safe without the help of a substance
