Caught in a relentless cycle, my dreams dissipate,
A fierce addiction, leaving me in this state.

Slaving away for the man, my life slips through my hand,
Capitalism's cruel game, where our fates are grandly planned.
Needs turn into wants, survival makes us daunt,
My voice is one of many, yet unheard, a silent haunt.

My spirit and will, fragmented, drift apart,
Fighting to live, but losing heart.

When work's a beast, and bills bind like chains,
Life's essence drains away, just pain remains.
To the system, we're numbers, easily ignored,
Buried beneath, our silent battles roar.


Our cries and dreams, scattered in the fray,
Yet we stand tall, our spirits refuse to sway.
Defiance in our hearts, together we muster,
For our essence, our spirit, they cannot plunder.
