To please the barons of international finance
For every dollar in international aid

For there is no such thing as equal exchange
There is no such thing as fair world trade
Poverty induced under-consumption
leads towards panicked over production
Fund imperialism for new markets to maintain function
Power is asserted diving the world
And strengthening imaginary boundaries
Securing flow of trade and limiting labor mobility
This enables profit extracts without equal labor and goods exchange
And so the world systems collapse with workers left starved and soon deranged

Resource rich countries plundered for their loot
Ending ecological systems as excuse
For poverty and starving youth which they induce
Farmers can not survive and move to urban zones
Manufacturing pollutes proximal to their homes
Weak infrastructure promotes catastrophe
And so they leave to not be casualties
Head for places with jobs ironically
The same places that installed the fascist regimes
Imperialism prevents collectivism
And in turn collapses communities
Creating climate change refugees
New slave labor to sustain the economy
And so the global north goes and rapes the global south
Rip apart families
That can't sustain themselves in face of drought
And so the adults leave their children
With their survival in doubt
And our leaders have the goddamn nerve to tell them to get out

Sacrificing future generations preventing sustainability
With promise of possible wealth we accept responsibility

Public luxuries will annihilate a system to which we do not consent

We are working for health insurance
But when we're injured there's no assurance
