It was a Friday
Took my son to mother didn't trust my mind state
Just talked to Maine he told me to get my mind straight
Completely sober doing 90 on the highway/
This the moment that you planned on you better not bitch up/

I swear I'm going trough shit sometimes in life you gonna trip up/
I had enough of this shit it's time i give up/
cttempted suicide there's no way to say that right/
Just tryna talk the day I tried to take my life/
Didn't call my mother didn't try to call my father/
Thinking they gonna get the call so man don't even bother/
Was thinking about my sons or being father/
That's the very moment I knew I had a problem/
How could be so selfish/
But I'm feeling sorry for how could be so helpless/

cll the moments in my life I start to see em flash/
Quick I changed my mind but it's too late/
I can see the grass/
Just closed my eyes I ain't even see the crash/
Woke up a couple hours later and I ain't see a scratch/
Wit a headache out this world please get me an aspirin/
Nurse said you a lucky young man how you survived that accdent/
Seen a picture of my car I don't how that happened/
Look on my shoulder it's my demon and he steady laughing/
That took a lot of heart to do I never thought you had it..

I never knew I suffered from depression/
It for me to almost lose my life to learn a lesson/
