I'm left to pound away at my skull until it is empty

Crucifix turning its head down on me
Born into a shroud of appalling falsities
Disappointing all those who mislead consciously
I am at fault for wanting absolute verity
The witch continues to reveal her face to me
Haunting my depths, cyclical meandering
Despairing by contrite weights that cling to me
Forever to drag them through this earth searching

Hate me, despise me
Loathe me, abhor me
Condemn me, revile me
Detest me, disparage me
Hurt me, demean me
Abuse me, belittle me
Hide me, erase me
Finally you're rid of me

I belong nowhere I'm a freak
I'm a child of the dark; I'm a son of misery
Confined to a moment in time on the infinite plane of no death or birth
Stuck between innumerable worlds but the same infernal earth
