The world has yet to see you
Your name should be upon their lips
Love for you upon their hearts
Yet they see you not
Is it because
We do not reflect you as we ought
We who know you
Is it because our love
For you has grown cold too

Raise up a generation
Who will purify themselves and reflect you
Whose love for you will consume them
A people who will choose to pay the cost
To glorify you
So others may know you

Restore the lives of your servants
Grant them joy
Grant them peace
Provide for their dreams in you to be fulfilled
And that being
So their glory in
You may be seen
Abundant life is my desire for your faithful ones
Rise up and consume them
Shelter them
Renew them
Be our salvation in this life
As well as in the life to come

Cause your spirit to draw them into Your Word
And, into your courts of Praise
Let their voices acclaim you
Everywhere they go
Not just in Your House
Loose our prayers
And loose our hearts
To care for others
So You
May be seen
