I want you to remember to be gentle to yourself

as if you were your own precious child.
Beloved one, there is nothing to be afraid of.
Look around you
the entire world,
the entire cosmos
is who you are.
The wind, the clouds,
the flowers, the storms,
the love, the agony,
all of it is you
you are already free.
You are already exactly who you want to be
