Visions of a future life keeps flowing though my helpless mind
Past and present speaks so loud and warns of troubled days ahead
So I welcome the light that greet each day and guide my way
And I dread the night and the dreams the darkness hold

Traces of a fractured past transforms into a silent scream
It echos from a hurting place - I dare not go when I'm awake
And I fear my mind and the dreams it might unfold
