The weight of defeat brings me down to my knees.
As the shadows of despair surrounds me,
And I call out into the nothingness!
Asking for reasons to my agony!
This feeling is consuming me...
I'm suffocating!
I'm sinking deeper, I'm losing myself...
Dragged to the bottom, I'm drowning!
I can not differentiate between my dreams and my reality...

I'm descending into madness!
I beheld a vision, unfold before my eyes...
An ancient shrine of roots and bone entwined.
The skies now bathed in blood as she descends.
A grotesque display! A harrowing arrival!
Grins and abhorred faces, shift into view!
I have no choice but to ascend.
Escaping this never-ending cycle.
Transcending my mortal flesh!
I can not believe all that I have seen...
Eldritch truths laid bare before my very eyes.
Unfathomable horrors lay lurking beyond my edge of sight.
Will they manifest as i go deeper into this night?
Her ashen skin dimly lights my path ahead!
Her pale reflection, reminiscent of a dream.
As the distant echoes grow louder...
A vision manifests itself.
Have I been here before???
It speaks to me in forbidden tongues...
It calls my name through the darkness..
It whispers of an eternal dream.
Nothing is what it seems!
It draws me into the trees...
Into the thickets... into the mists...
These whispers grow to screams!
They echo inside of my dreams!
A thousand empty eyes...
They pierce the veiled skies!
For the worst is yet to come...
As the fabric of reality becomes undone.
And from void to form,
My deepest fears are born...
I close my eyes to escape.
But only in darkness does my nightmare take shape!
