I heard the preaching,
That Jesus loves me,
That what is dead,
In its sins, He calls.

And He gives a new heart,
A new life to live,
And all my sins,
Will be forgiven.

Paying on the cross,
The price in my place,
Through faith,
In His sacrifice, I will be saved.

I no longer belong to myself,
I am His possession,
And He is coming to fetch me,
To give me salvation.

It's so good to know,
He will never leave me,
It's His promise,
To never forsake me.
