Everybody's got a version his or her reality
Dare you enter the circus of your own morality
Where nothing that you've ever thought was ever really grown
A billion thoughts you rented got handed down or loaned
We're fixed into the saddles of the tallest unicycles
What once was thought periphery is now seen as vital
With a worker Bee intensity the tightrope walkers eyes
No safety net below us can one sneeze whilst paralysed?

The bearded lady looks upset more than just a trifle
It seems I have not yet outlived the usefulness of that title

Is being good as good as it's made out to be
Altruism or validation is such a thin line don't you see
For thinking one is better is thinking others worse
I think this not a blessing but deem it as a curse

We're slapped across our bottoms
